so we went up to Chatham for a visit. 




The old bakery is now dedicated to producing their wonderful line of

The recipe can be adapted to whatever fruit happens to be in season but the star ingredient is the Corn Flour from Wild Hive Farm, so be sure to pick some of that up before it sells out.

Congratulations to the 2011 recipient of the Rhinebeck Farmers' Market / John Honey Scholarship, Sarah Meyer. Sarah was awarded the $1500 scholarship to pursue studies in an agriculturally related field.

Dancing Ewe Farm makes a wonderful variety of Sheep's Milk Cheeses on their farm in Granville, NY. In the winter they head to their family farm in Italy to help with the olive harvest. This year they brought back their family's olive olive, marinated olives and fig jam. They are also curing their own meats now so stop by for a taste of their new Salsiccia.
