Congratulations to the 2011 recipient of the Rhinebeck Farmers' Market / John Honey Scholarship, Sarah Meyer. Sarah was awarded the $1500 scholarship to pursue studies in an agriculturally related field.
This Sunday we will host another T-shirt Sale.
All shirts are only $5 each with 100% of the proceeds to benefit the John Honey Scholarship.
A Memorial Service for John Honey will be held on Saturday, July 9th at 11am at Bard College

Spring Garlic & Chives
Dancing Ewe Farm makes a wonderful variety of Sheep's Milk Cheeses on their farm in Granville, NY. In the winter they head to their family farm in Italy to help with the olive harvest. This year they brought back their family's olive olive, marinated olives and fig jam. They are also curing their own meats now so stop by for a taste of their new Salsiccia.
So much cheese, so little time. Cheese from Amazing Real Live Food Co., Hudson Red, Berkshire Blue and Sprout Creek.
The River Garden has Lily of the Valley & Dried Lavender plus a huge assortment of dried arrangements.
Sweet Cinnamon Rolls from Tivoli Bread & Baking Co.
We've got so much more than just plain old chicken eggs.
Monkshood Nursery has Organic Herb & Vegetable starts. They will only be in the market for the month of May, so don't miss out on these wonderful plants.
Wiltbank Farm has their Oyster & Shiitake Mushrooms along with Sunflower, Mung Bean & Radish Sprouts.

Clinton Vineyards will have their line of award winning dessert wines and Cascade Mt Winery has a great selection of Red, White & Rose wines.
The season gets off to a good start with radishes, carrots and broccoli rabe.
Migliorelli Farm & Mead Orchards have been busy bottling their tomatoes into delicious tomato & marinara sauces.
Kesicke Farm joined us toward the end of the winter market and is now joining the summer market as well. Stop by to check out their selection of grass-fed Angus beef from right here in Rhinebeck.
