Last Sunday Mead Orchards had a few pints of early strawberries that sold out very quickly. This week hopes to have more to go around.
We welcome new vendor Little Seed Gardens from Chatham to the Sunday market. This week they will have:
- Salad mix
- Pea shoots
- Baby arugula
- Baby spinach
- Spicy Asian salad mix
- Red spinach
- Radishes
- Lacinato kale
- Bok choy
- Dill
- Cilantro
- Head lettuces

- Migliorelli beets with organic quinoa & ginger
- Kale with garlic and olive oil
- Arugula with organic white beans
- Wild Hive Farm polenta

- Wiltbank Farm organic mushrooms with caramelized organic onions and pasta
- Spinach and sunflower seed pesto (dairy free)
- Arugula pesto
Migliorelli Farm reports that they are picking Sugar Snap Peas
Farm Country Soup will have:
- Asparagus and Ramp Quiche
- Arugula, Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Frittatas
They say the eggs that they are using are amazing young pullet eggs.
- Potato leek soup with wild leeks, arugula, Ronnybrook Farm cream
- Rhubarb Crumble Tarts and Tartlettes
