Dancing Ewe Farm has a wonderful selection of Italian Style Cheeses. Last year, after the Rhinebeck Market closed they headed to their farm in Italy just in time for the olive harvest. Lucky for us, they have brought back some of their own Olive Oil.
Please welcome new vendor, Cowberry Crossing Farm. Stop by to see their selection of biodynamic produce as well as beef, poultry, pork, lamb, etc.
The River Garden has fragrant bunches of Lily of the Valley as well as Dried Chile Pepper Wreaths and bunches of Dried Lavender.
The Amazing Real Live Food Co. is introducing several new varieties of cheese. Stop by for a sample.
Farm Country Soup and Jack’s Pasta create delicious Quiche and Ravioli using fresh, local seasonal produce such as asparagus and ramps.
Migliorelli Farm has tender Spring Broccoli Rabe and several varieties of Radish.
Start you day off with a Cinnamon Roll from Tivoli Bread and Baking Co. or take home a loaf of Challah from Our Daily Bread. It makes a great French Toast.
Breezy Hill has Apple & Pear Cider. Ray Tousey makes Currant juice sweetened with his honey.
Clinton Vineyards and Cascade Mt Winery have a wonderful selection of local wine.
No time to cook? Stop by and see Meri at Julia & Isabella Fine Fare. She always has a selection of ready-to-eat meals like meatloaf, chili and salads made with fresh, local produce…plus a wonderful selection of Hudson Valley cheeses.
Highland Farm has a huge variety of venison products. Buffalo meat is available too.
Quattro’s has a line of Smoked Meats like this Smoked Duck & Smoked Turkey. Also available: Smoked Pheasant Sausage and Smoked Chicken.
